FOOD TECHNOLOGY (Keystage 3)
LESSON 1 - "FROM THE SEA TO THE PLATE"
The Holderness Catch Pupils will conduct a market research survey on eating fish as well as learn about the local fishing industry and it's heritage.
LESSON 2 - "BRAIN FOOD"
Why eating fish is nutritionally good for us! Pupils will learn about the nutritional value of eating fish and tests pupils on what they already know about some of the varieties of fish available for us to eat
LESSON 3 - HORNSEA CRAB CAKE RECIPE
A fairly easy recipe for students to have a go at making their own crab cakes
